III. PROCEDURES:
1. Revision: Asks Ss to write the past form of the following verbs.

Act.1: Use past simple to complete the dialogue (Part 1-P.44)
- Asks Ss to revise the use and structure of the simple past tense, focusing on the form of the verbs. - Asks Ss to complete the dialogues in pairs and then gets feedback. - Helps Ss to correct and invites three pairs to make the dialogues.
Act.2: Use the prepositions to complete the sentences.(Part 2 -P.44) - Introduces the task. - Asks Ss to complete the sentences in pairs. - Gets feedback. - Summarizes the use of the basic prepositions and gives correct answer. *) Notes: - ON: for date; on the nice morning/ afternoon/ for month.. - IN: year, season, in the morning/afternoon.. - AT: for time Act 3: Rewrite the following sentences, using “ Used to” - Gives the example & asks Ss to rewrite it .
- Checks the meaning and revise Ss with the use and form of “used to”. - Asks them to complete above excercises in pairs. - Gets feedback and asks the whole to check. *) Exercises: + Nga was fat, but now she is slim + She doesn/t cry now because she is old. + My mother was a famour singer, but now she is a doctor. + I always got up late in the morning. Now I get up early. |

Did + S + Vbare-inf. + .......... -> Yes, S + did/ No, S + did not. - Wh- + did + S + Vbare-inf. +..? - Revise the ways for affirmative, negative, Yes-no question and Wh-question forms. - Share their ideas, using the simple past.

- Listen to teacher. - Work in pairs.
