Use the pictures to elicit the word.

Substitution Drill.

Noughts and Crosses.

- Divide the class into 2 teams.

- One team is Noughts (0) and the other is crosses(x).

- One team starts choosing a number and makes a question and an answer with the given words. If the question and the answer are correct, T puts a mark (O or X) in that square.

- The first team to get 3 in a row (across, down or diagonally) wins the game.
