Incorrect => lower than 

So sánh hơn với tính từ ngắn: (be) + adj+er + than

=> The cost of living in the countryside is  lower than  in the City.

Incorrect => as difficult as 

So sánh ngang bằng: as adj as

Correct

So sánh hơn với tính từ ngắn: good => better (không có "than")

Correct
